As many of you know, I’ve been out with a broken ankle/foot for most of the last 6 months. I briefly started running again in September before re-breaking my ankle in November! Not to mention I had a hysterectomy in December. BUT, I’m ready to get back at it! Which leads me to why I’m writing this letter.
Starting the week of January 17th, I’m challenging you to join me in picking a goal, say it out loud, post about your journey and support others along the way. In the end you not only feel good about yourself and your accomplishment, but you also receive 40% off any one item from Blyss to freshen up your spring wardrobe!
I hope you'll join along in encouraging & motivating one another during these dark and cold winter months. Push a little farther than you normally would and feel great heading into the spring. I know for me, it's always easier with some accountability!
Here are the details:
1.) Pick Your Goal - anything that challenges you. (I'm looking at you 10 miles!)
2.) Say It Out Loud - post your goal on our Facebook group page, the Athlete in Every Woman. If you're not a member, join! It is a private supportive group moderated by me.
3.) Share Each Week - every week during the 6 week period, share a bit about your training on our group page. It can be simple or long, whatever you feel like sharing. Let us know how it's going!
