Gasparilla Distance Classic 2018
Wow! What a weekend! We had such a fun time in Tampa. This was our first time in Florida and the farthest south we have traveled for a race expo. In fact, it was a bit longer of a drive than I thought :) But it was so worth it! We met online customers in person, friends of friends who recommended us, lots of new customers and even some customers from other race expos!
As always, I am inspired and in awe of all the different people I meet. I love to hear what you are doing and what it is you need in your running apparel. Blyss Running is a very small business and I do take everything you say to heart.
My dear friend, April, was a tremendous help as always, but especially so this time as I was recovering from being sick and lost my voice.
Hope you enjoy some photos that we managed to remember to take.....we aren't the best at that! We hope to be back next year and explore more of this lovely city.
The race shirts looked awesome with the Batik Blyss Skirt!
This lady went from a size 2x to size small! She paired the Trail Skirt over her cute leggings.
I had a banner made with all the wonderful photos you send to me.
Krista loves her new knickers!
Lisa ran a race both Saturday and Sunday. This was after her Saturday race and she came back by for the Skirting Around Capri to wear on Sunday!
I was able to meet, Melissa, a friend of a friend and we matched!

So happy to find a skirt that fits and looks great!
Thank you Tampa!!!

Running is keeping me sane, and I’ve learned that if I don’t run I’m pretty grumpy. Running has showed me that I can have a goal and, if I work at it, I can achieve anything!
I wanted to say a big "thank you" to all the fabulous ladies who took the time to share their stories with us in 2018. You all are truly inspiring!
Now, I run for sanity, peace of mind, fun, friendship time and to push myself to the oddest odds. When I lost my father to cancer in 2015, I swore I'd never let my health go by the way-side again, so I've been committed to doing things that scare the heeby-jeebies out of me.
