Returns & Refund Policy


We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not entirely satisfied we offer the following:


Free Shipping on Returns for US Customers within 14 business days upon receiving your purchase provided the items you are returning are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached. Of course, if you have a problem or concern outside of these parameters, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!

Domestic Customers :

Fill out and submit the form below and we will respond with an email containing a prepaid mailing label for you to print. Simply repackage item to be returned, adhere label and mail back to us within 48 hours of receiving the email containing the mailing label. Once we receive your package we will process the return and issue you a refund. You will be issued a refund in the manner in which you paid. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 2 weeks for the return to reflect on your account.

International Customers:

We will gladly accept returns within 14 business days upon receiving your purchase provided the items you are returning are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached. However, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Please fill out the form below and we will email you a return authorization number and an address with instructions on how to return your item for a refund. Once we receive your package we will process the return and issue you a refund. You will be issued a refund in the manner in which you paid. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the return to reflect on your account. All sales are in US dollars. Your credit card company will determine the exchange rate at the time of sale and/or return.
